§ 1. General provisions

  1. These terms govern the use of the website at https://ars-nautica.pl ("Website").
  2. The Website is operated by Ars Nautica Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Hieronima Derdowskiego 7/510, 81-369 Gdynia, Poland. NIP: 5862423215, REGON: 543013485.
  3. Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.

§ 2. Scope of services

  1. The Website is informational and presents the services of Ars Nautica Sp. z o.o..
  2. Information published on the Website does not constitute an offer in the legal sense – it is an invitation to enter into negotiations.
  3. To obtain a detailed quote or enter into a contract please contact us via the contact form or contact details.

§ 3. Rules of use

  1. By using the Website the user undertakes to comply with these terms, applicable law and good practice.
  2. It is forbidden to deliver content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties or disrupts the operation of the Website.
  3. Technical requirements for using the Website: internet access, a browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

§ 4. Copyright

  3. Any disputes arising from use of the Website will be resolved by the court competent for the Operator's registered office.
